Add confirmation for the Group Join Call button

The Join call button on Android is in the upper right of the screen. If accidentally tapped, it will call everyone in the group without confirming with the caller that they wanted to start a voice chat. This is inconsistent with how joining VCs on mobile works in servers, where tapping a VC will show a summary popup and require confirmation.

The placement of the button is also problematic as the upper right is also where the send or confirm option is for some other app screens. This is a problem because some of those screens act as modals or popups over the group chat. For example, the share screen. When the share screen lags, it can seem like the tap didn't register which encourages an additional tap. If the lag resolves during or before tap 2+ then the user's tap hits Join and starts a VC call.

Finally, I feel really bad when I wake up at night and I just wanted to share a funny cat pic to my group chat and accidentally call them. Please add caller confirmation for Group VC calls.
