Hacked account and the hacker made a new false account under my email

My account got hacked on the 26/1 and the hacker changed the email of the account and created a new false account under my email.

He made an account called endertalers when it should be endertaler. He added an s then got that account suspended. Am I screwed with expecting discord to help with this because the bot will look at and see the account called endertalers that has since been deleted because it got suspended?

I’ve also filed a dispute with discord because I want to know how they will protect my data on the hacked account as I have rights by the gdpr. I’m from sweden
