T&S doesn't work properly
The Trust & Safety operating system is not optimal.
First of all, Servers cannot be reported except from a mobile phone, which is absurd. If I want to report a skam server that uses "verification" to steal accounts, I can't. The option is no longer available on the support.discord site.
The other big problem is that no action is taken for violations of the guidelines.
I give the example from before. A skam server that uses verification to steal accounts. In addition to having to report the "owner" account, and not the entire server, I was even refused the report. I appealed and it was rejected.
It's not the only case.
I asked the Discord Team if some actions by a bot development team and the bot itself were illegal, as they were clear violations of Discord's policies. I was told that such behavior is a violation. So I report everything to Trust & Safety and it gets rejected. I appealed and still refused.
I recommend significantly improving the T&S which is not doing its job correctly, and I think this is very serious.

When making a ticket for a fake Discord scam bot, you should make a ticket with Developer compliance. It will ban the bot, the bot creator, and I also include the server and server owner.

i mean the supporto server too. They tell that have authorization from the “Devoloper Supporto Trust and Safety” to collect reports amd warn server with their bot when a users they “flagged” entered.
