Let mobile users scroll through emojis without it taking the entire screen

We need better sorting options for emojis and emotes in discord, the way it is now makes it so i can't post multiple of the same emoji by just clicking on it. It always jumps back up and hides the rest of the emoji panel. Fix this please so it works the same as it does on IOS!!
