live caption or closed caption in ENG language

Hi developers out there,

I love Discord the most. I am using a hearing aid because I have a hearing loss. I see people in our meeting becoming joyful, chilling, and taking turns with each other over a phone a phone call or video call. But I request that you kindly add the live caption or closed caption over there for people with hearing loss, so that it would be easy to have a proper communication flow.

I hope you will add those features in the next update.
