Account blocked by wrong birthday data

I probably entered the wrong information on a secondary discord account, entering that I am 13 years old, I am 25 and I sent my documents plus the profile photo to prove it by opening a support ticket for almost a week without any support.. as I should behave? I have my account blocked due to a stupid mistake I made on a second discord account
