[Events] Do Not Restrict File Extensions in Cover Image File Selection Dialog

In the file selection dialog for event cover images, the file extensions are limited to *.jpeg; *.jpg; *.png; *.gif, making it impossible to select WebP format files, which are widely used today.

However, by changing a .webp file extension to .png, the file can be selected and uploaded successfully.
