Got my account disable for being underage.

3 days ago, i got logged out from my account during a VC, i checked my email and got hit with the account disabled message
i sent a appeal ticket in the same day, containing my face and ID
really hoping they answer my 2 tickets soon. (Im not gonna make anymore so they don't mark it as spam)
has anyone else got this false suspension aswell?

    Has happened to me with being underaged someone reported the msg, but I got my acc back rn after 11 days
