If you're in the voice chat for a server move it to the top of the server list

I like to keep my server list so that the ones I'm frequently active in are at the top of the list. So when I'm in a voice chat for something like league of legends, those servers tend to make their way to the bottom of the list and it can get annoying trying to scroll through the server list every two seconds when I'm swapping between conversations.
