Emoji Permissions
My proposal to add certain roles that have the permissions to use certain Custom Emojis that a Server has. An example would be that if a streamer had a discord dedicated to his stream he can give Custom Emojis to his Subscribers. While those who simply just follow the channel can have access to less Custom Emojis.
This idea would be great because those with permission can show off their new cool Custom Emojis that they have gotten.
