Mention all users who x, y
It would be helpful and possibly more organised in certain situations if users could - for instance - add the programming languages they're familiar with to allow others to mention them using @dev.language
For example, if you are in a general programming server and have a question about Pascal, you could mention all users who have Pascal added as a known language by using @dev.Pascal. Or in a general gaming server, @plays.Game.
Of course, most servers have organised channels for things like this, but I have come across situations where this would be useful.
