Change the regex and characters of android alpha

Hi, Im suggesting the following characters for the regex to make it better for android users and desktop users to enjoy spoilers altogether, make the begging of the spoiler message narked with {{ and the end with }} characters, and make the regex `(?<=\{\{)((?:\}\})+)`, thank you for your hard work.
