Can we get emote tool tips?

It's difficult to see emotes in Discord & I'd like a feature implemented that FFZ has in Twitch chat. When you hover over an emote a larger picture of the emote is shown. See below:

It'd be helpful to have the tool tip show who owns the emotes for those with nitro using emotes from other communities.
