Confirmation before downloading video on mobile

On Samsung at least, click-and-holding on embedded .webm videos to find a "copy link" option is instead automatically downloading the file with no additional confirmation from the user. A simple "would you like to?" dialogue would suffice. A set of options for how to handle downloads similar to the options for how Discord scans incoming DMs would be fantastic.
