Colored names on a server without having to assign a role

An ability for admins to assign colored name for any user without having to add a role for this person.

This would come very handy on servers where everyone want's to have a different colored name. I know at least 3 servers where people have given a role just because they want to have their name color X. I think this would be cool and pretty straightforward to implement.

As we can see, right now the role list gets cluttered pretty quick when more and more people gets their name colors.

One way this could be implemented is that we would have an option bellow the nickname to assign custom color for the person. The assigned custom color would automatically override any colors set by the roles.
