timezone awareness

every now and then i am contacted through Direct messaging and flagged on servers at inappropriate times like just about 4 to 5 hours ago which was like in the early hours of the morning i was contacted by some one wishing to discuss something not that persons fault because that person had no idea i was sleeping

I wish to suggest that discord (amongst its next few waves of updates that unless active mute flag notifications and when people send direct messages to people that live in a timezone where that person is asleep they should receive a notification like this

one or more of the intended recipient(s) live in a remote timezone where

[recipient 1] it is [time]"

and then raise 3 options

1:send anyway (Urgent)

2:send when the time is more appropriate time

3: send now but limit to visual notification
