I think Discord need change Cyrillic symbols in files name into Latin symbols

Cyrillic symbols in file names disappears when I send them by Discord. I sure that Cyrillic symbols must be changed into Latin symbols (aka transliteration)

  Cyrrillic domain names are not supported too. :(
