General Overlay Chat for mobile apps

I would like a setting for Overlay in mobile apps as well. My idea was to add a general "overlay" menu underneath the °°° in the top right corner for each chatroom in a server.

If you press that menu a screen overlay window would appear (about 40% of the screensize; like a sticky note) so you can read the chat while playing mobile-coop-games. Maybe also add a keyboard to answer the chat, but even a read-only chat would be helpful for mobile gaming in the first attempt.

I play a coop-puzzle-teambuilding game (up to 4 player) which doesn't support ingame chat so well (i.e. just emoji) so this would really help clearing hard multiplayer quests on my phone.
