Server Boost: Do not lose rewards/perks & boost cooldown

I don't like the fact, that you lose your perks after dropping ... (should rather be as twitch-emotes i think)

And I prefer the "boost" to have no cooldown, unless you change the server, but if you wanna continue supporting the same one, no cooldown
