Smoother or slower chat scrollbar

The scrollbar in chats and in friend lists in DMs move way too fast and skips messages/contacts a lot. Even if I scroll at the slowest pace I could using a laptop touchpad or mouse scroll to find a message not far back, it still skips a lot and I end up missing it.

Manually scrolling on the right side of the chat takes bit too long sometimes.
