Use custom ptt on Bluetooth device

For Android or iOS mobile app, allow to use Bluetooth bottom to active PPT instead of on screen bottom. So we can use discord like walkie talkie!

    Unfortunately, Apple basically disabled all compatible Bluetooth devices when they rolled out iOS 12.4.  Several thousand people would have to send in a feature request to iPhone Development Team to make this work.

    You can still use a wired solution like the Pryme Pico, it can plug directly into your iPhone via Lightning, or you can use the lightning to 3.5mm TRRS connector.
