DEMONITIZED BOI

Adding more commands to the chat system would be nice to have for easy moderation. EXAMPLE

/ban, /unban, /report, /lenny (you know ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) wants it), /codeblock and /codeline, and maybe even others.
