Separate Android notification channel for mentions
I have my notification settings set to "All messages" for several channels. To keep my phone from going off every few seconds when one of these channels is active, I've set the behavior of the "Messages" notification channel to "Show silently." However, this also affects messages I get when I'm @ mentioned, so I can easily miss them. Direct messages are already their own channel, apparently in recognition of this need, allowing me to get a noise and vibration. It would be really helpful if I could do this for mentions as well. Yes please. Separate notification for mentions and posts. Sometimes I want to know when there's a new post. Other times I just want to know about an announcement @everyone/here. Most of the time I just want to know when someone is trying to talk to me directly.
I'm using DND, but that lacks granular control and conveys an inaccurate status to others.

Support for Android's notification channels would be welcome.
I would love to be able to have a specific sound for mentions, while also having specific settings and sounds for servers (such as the private one with my SO).

Yes, please. Would love to be able to have mentions override my Do Not Disturb setting, which could be done if this suggestion were implemented. Thank you.
