Remove the Channel bar at the top while Chat is pinned in-game

Previously in overlay the "Channel Bar" wasn't included while in-game.
It was added into overlay for some reason, when the channel name is already shown at the bottom.

I propose for it to be removed as it just adds waisted space for seeing chat while in-game. https://i.imgur.com/1Aw8D2c.png
