Save preferences when logging out from discord on desktop

I've just recently gone through some troubleshooting to understand why my preferences (text zoom level, keybindings, notification sounds) don't save only to find out that stuff like this is not saved after logging out and then relogging back in on the desktop version. I just want to say that this is completely unacceptable for such a platform like this. Further more, I cant believe you said that this was a feature when I emailed support about this problem! Do something about this because people don't want to readjust their settings after doing something as simple as turning off their computer (which logs you out of discord)!
