A few additions to T.A.Y.N.E. (Quick Switcher)'s system

tagging messages within the same channel (or anywhere a message can be sent, really) shouldn't require a long link, just a tag in the same fashion as calling back to channels (#) or usernames (@).
the same way that @ and # can quickly call back to a specific person or channel, please add the other quick-switch filters to it as well.
currently, we can use:

<@userID> = user
<#channelID> = channel (regardless of server)

additionally, please add:

<!voiceChannelID> for voice channels
<*serverID> for servers
<$messageID> for specific messages (this is a new one, specifically for messages, and one of the most useful features that could be added. the tag could quote the first few words/18 characters of the message (the same number of digits in a normal message ID), and hyperlink it in the same way as channelID, to reach that message quickly)

i picked $, as this is the next key after !, @, and # on a qwerty keyboard, but it can be anything, like a colon, : or an ampersand, &. (the asterisk, * for the server is the only one that breaks this pattern)
