Warn more ppl instead of instantly banning.

Quote from transparency report that came out today. Warnings have proven pretty effective so Discord should give warnings instead of bans for certain things.

Fewer than three percent of these users go on to have their accounts banned for the same reason.

 

Very little users were warned as most were banned

Rate is very low

So, Discord, please listen to this suggestion!

  They won't listen it seems like all of their support system and feedback is ran by bots.
