Allow choosing an audio device for screensharing

Allow people to choose the audio device providing the audio for screenshare. It seems like it would provide an easy workaround and cover-all for audio issues surrounding screensharing, and would allow for fudging where someone's trying to do something clever with multiple audio devices and aggregate devices or in situations where you're not just directly streaming the game exclusively.
