Phone Verification is not working, email isn’t either
A few days ago I changed multiple things in rapid succession and I was locked out of my own account. I’ve been trying for days to get it back. I’ve sent an email, was told to send from the email my account is connected to. I did, only to receive this
This makes no sense because this email is connected to my account!
I’m not receiving any verification emails as well, but I’ve heard it’s an issue with gmail so I’m screwed there. I can’t change my email either as even over 15 hours after it told me I can’t change anymore, it’s still telling me I’m changing them too fast. I’m now waiting a full week to try again
Also strange: I tried to log in and it tells me the email above doesn’t exist???
The Phone verification way isn’t working either. I’ll be sent a code, I’ll put it in, wait 5-15 minutes and nothing happens. No next prompt, no ‘check your email’ kind of things, just nothing
I try re-inputting the code in and it tells me it’s invalid suddenly. I made this throwaway account just so I can get help because support isn’t helping and I don’t see anything like this anywhere
Please help! It’s the only contact I have with some of my friends!
Feel free to ask any more questions for me to clarify. I’m desperate at this point
EDIT: I can’t even log in anything anymore because my email doesn’t exist but the only device I have managed to log onto my account with is telling me the supposed nonexistent email is the one I need to get my verification email from
EDIT: I AM SO STUPID I WROTE .CON NOT .COM NOW I GOTTA SEE IF THEY’RE WILLING TO CHANGE JUST THAT FOR ME. Though I have a good feeling they’ll just be like “ah no your email don’t exist so we can’t help you”
