Mobile Ios - Voicechat - How to disable other's video or How to rollback to earlier version

Okay, so I was dumb and made the mistake of updating my discord app on my iphone the other day (which I don't think I have updated in like two years). And now I have issues I can't figure out.

1. How do I disable other people streaming video while I am in VC?
Everything I search for just says "right click the user and select disable video" but that only works on the computer app, not the mobile app.
I use my phone while working while out on the road, but I have limited high speed data. I like to be in VC chatting with friends, but now since I updated if one of them is streaming their screen or webcam it forces it to be streamed to my phone, uses up my limited mobile data, how can I disable that?

2. Is it possible to rollback to an earlier version of discord on IOS that doesn't have video allowed in VC? Cause I would like to go back to that if I can't get number 1 issue sorted out. This would also be nice because a smaller issue is that I could have my music playing, and then join VC and it would just lower the volume of my music but still play it in the background, now it just stops my music all together. Not as big an issue as number 1, but still I hate this update (that I think I am 6 months late to downloading).

    1. I dont know if you mean stop them from being able to stream or stop you from watching it, but unless you go to watch it, it shouldnt use up more then normal.
    2. No, but you could download an old apk and instal it if your that unhappy
