just bought nitro

i just bought the nitro and it won't even show the badge and i won't let to server boost , like i don't have it, what is the problem please help

    maybe you bought a gift and not like normal nitro? look in your gift inventory

    no it was the nitro one for myself. there nothing there

    the sad part is i didn't even got an email to make a refund for it
