Add some more chat features like Search, Pinned Messages and Recent mentions to Overlay

As title, Add more of the things included in the top bar to Overlay's Chat widget, so we can Search for messages, check recent Mentions, and check Pinned messages in the channel we are in.

    I disagree, Overlay should be as simplistic as possible so you're able to focus on the game, and not Discord.

    While in game yes, you shouldn't see this... The only thing that should show in chat is the Voice Widget, and Messages.

    However adding these features allow for you to experiance the full thing of the client without having the issue of tabbing out to find a message that someone has asked for, or check pinned messages or someone who's recently mentioned.

    These are things are still used quiet a bit to access more information, and shouldn't require for me to find them out by Tabbing out of my game.
