Blocking and Joining Voice chat

I do not know if its possible, but maybe having a way to prevent blocked players from joining a voice channel you are in?
I use a lot of LFG discords, and the moderator team for any and all of them, do not care what's happening unless its blaringly obvious and can't be contested.
What this means is, trolls that constantly join channels to scream into them, even after being muted and blocked, don't leave. Because if they dont leave, you cant get the last spot filled for your team, due to the channel size. This happens constantly on every LFG i join. Blocked players still come back and troll because there's nothing stopping them from doing so.
If there is a way to implement that, that would be fantastic!!!
