Voice Activity Customization features

Hello! I'd like to introduce the idea of allowing users inside of Discord voice calls to have the ability to customize the green outline that surrounds their icon when they talk on calls. This allows users to have full range customization features such as being able to change the colors, shapes, or patterns of the outside allowing for more variety and uniqueness between the voice channels. For example, letting users have the ability to customize can let them fit it with their profile pictures, assign certain colors to people in servers, and etc.
