My discord goes silent without getting disconnected

My discord call goes silent every 5 minutes but it doesn't disconnect me

I have to restart my discord to fix it

And when that happens, i can't send any messages

  Same here, except restarting didn't work. I cannot hear anyone on any voice chat.
