Feature Request: Allow server admins to mute members, but they can unmute themselves

This would work much like server mute works, but allowing the muted user to unmute himself. It’s like if the user muted himself, but instead it’s a server admin that does it. Right now, if someone is making weird background noises, we can server mute them, but we don’t know when to unmute them. However, with such a feature, they could unmute themselves when the annoyance is gone.

    Bumping this! i think this is a great idea. It would help admins control voice channels that aren't stages.

    This is a great suggestion that most other "meeting" apps have. We (a sporting club) use Discord for our meetings and with 50+ people on the server, sometimes a few forget to mute themselves OR are unable for some reason. An admin should be able to mute selected people for everyone.
