No mic input on OnePlus 6

Hi. I'm using OnePlus 6 (A6003), Android 10. When using discord on my phone, I can hear what others are saying but they cannot hear me, no matter I use headphones or not. I heard this is a known issue among android devices so I hope it'll get fixed soon. Thanks.
