New way of using stickers

My idea is if you could drag and stick the stickers onto any message like the ones in iMessage, to add to discord, and differentiate stickers and gifs better. But make an option in servers where you could disable putting stickers on other's messages for certain roles. I added a screenshot of iOS Reddit Stickers as an example.
