Extreme weird bug discord

Hi guys,

What Im about to tell is really weird and I dont have a single clue on how to fix it. At this point I pretty much tried everything. So a couple of days ago I started to lag on discord. Whenever I speak the ping sky rockets and it gives me red connection. Now this is only when I speak. I sound laggy for my friends at that point. Whenever they talk and I dont say anything they lagg a little bit. This also shouldnt be happening. My internet is fine no problems at all. My pc is a beast so it cant be interferance with programs. 

I tried resetting my router. I tried to reset all those ipconfig things in cmd. 
I just dont know what the problem is anymore. 

Now the weird thing is when I go into a multiplayer session. Lets say overwatch and I am in game the lag just stops and its back to normal. But as soon as the game ends and we are back in the title screen the lag comes back. Now I also seem to be having problems with connecting to minecraft servers it says connecting takes me in and than just start loading the world for like 5 min. And as soon as I finally join the server I have 1 bar instead of 5. Im really confused and I dont know what to do anymore. Maybe some settings in my pc are wrong. IDK. I hope someone can help me.
