Video rights without Audio rights

Hi there, 

giving a ceratain member video rights does not allow him to stream or show video unless the member has audio rights too. At first I'd love to see a proper description in the settings, but I'd prefer more to be able to set it up like this. It is a great feature for e.g. class where the teacher does not have to manually mute everyone in order to allow their videoshare.
