Voice Broadcast to other channels. Command Chat.

Playing with a large number of players the best solution for communication is having multiple voice channels set up as a fleets/squads configuration. Currently there is no way for a command team to disseminate commands to multiple channels at once without channel hopping. Can we establish a way to communicate in multiple channels at once?
