Ping me when I'm muted

Basically I was using Microsoft Teams at work and noticed that when my microphone is muted but I speak, it pops up on screen saying that my microphone is muted.

Now discord being used mostly in games, i figured would it be a nice idea for a little ping sound to happen when I am muted and I speak.

So many times I am muted and start talking and then repeat myself. May need a checkbox that turns this on and off.. oh and maybe customisable sound effect?
