Please implement a "Video-Only"-Channel

Can't there be a channel-type, where you would only allow people to join that have a webcam on?
If we want a just chatting channel we don't want to see the profile-pictures. We wanna see faces! So could that please be implemented in any way?

Just a simple --> if you wanna join --> what cam you wanna use? --> no cam? --> no entry

Please implement this.
