Breakout rooms in DM call

I think that creating breakout rooms in DM call is necessary.
I don't know about you, but many times I was in a DM call with a lot of people, and then everyone split to different subjects, and it comes to the point where you have to create new group chats or hop on a server voice chat only to talk with them without distraction in the background.

A good solution for that would be being able to make breakout rooms in dm call that you can freely enter into (or set a password for), and it will be a much better solution than creating new group chats or hopping on a new server.

I would also suggest an option to "ring" a breakout room from another (or the general call), meaning you can ask the breakout room to join back to the general call or to join another room. When a room is being ringed, I think there should be a "poll" to move all the people in the breakout room to the other.

Another suggestion I have is to be able to add a limit to how many people can enter the breakout room which could be handy when you want only a certain amount of people in.
