API implementation "Nvidia nvenc h.264 (new)" and Stream Support via OBS Stream

I am asking you .. If possible .. Implement the API "Nvidia nvenc h.264 (new)", as the live stream is currently being processed by the CPU. And we have problems with dropped frames. This implementation is important. And it may be possible to use (optional) OBS Stream, StreamLabs etc. We want "Discord" to be better at this requirement. ;)
