Separate hide and mute channel functions

There's a difference between channels I will not ever look at and channels that I do not want notifications from but still want to be able to look at if I choose. Discord currently doesn't support this because a muted channel must be a hidden channel, and having to toggle hidden channels to access stuff you don't want notifications from is just a pain. Similarly, having a server full of channels I will never look at because I still need access to some of them sucks. Divorcing these functions into separate commands (mute channel, hide channel) solves the problem and it's more in line with his a user's intuition. Coupling them just reduces their usefulness.
