For Migraine / Epilepsy: Collapsing Individual gifs

Yes indeedie, there is a feature to turn off all gifs in public chats and DMs. 

An improvement would be a feature allowing us to collapse individual gifs. This way, if a gif isn't a trigger or (for migraine sufferers with aura) if you're having a good day, you can enjoy that gif with everyone else.

Sometimes, entire conversation threads happen in gif format. Our current option is an all or nothing approach. Can we consider an improvement to give accessibility by disabling individual gifs while also allowing us to be part of the conversation?
