Always on call option

When you're in a call you either have an option to have your audio go through voice activity or through push to talk. I'd really appreciate it if there were a third option where you audio was always on and always going through to the other people in the call. I'm tired of turning on push to talk and placing weights on my keyboard to show my friends my sick ocarina skills!
