Latest update makes mic quality sound like MW2 Lobby

Had a friend last night join a call and his quality sounded like I was sent back 10 years ago into a MW2 lobby. Thought it was just his microphone and proceeded to roast him. I come on discord today to find a new update and to my surprise I now sound like I have joined my friend in that MW2 lobby. Would really appreciate if what ever you've done in this update is reversed immediately.
