Pinned channels in the discord channel side bar

Adding a pin option to channels could be a big plus to people whose minds can only take in so much at a time or get overwhelmed quickly, either because of a mental disability or just because there are many options.

If someone could choose which channels stick out of a closed or minimized (future feature?) category it would make Discord easier to use.

This could be used by any user, not just a server owner, and it would be a feature that's on in the user settings automatically.

Some smaller ideas are adding colour or icon to the channels you wish to have easily accessible.
